Creating balance

Life coaching can be an effective modality to create more balance in your life. Having supported many of my clients in creating better work/life boundaries, cultivating healthy habits, implementing self care and boosting their self worth- I love to support people in feeling less stressed, less overwhelmed and more in control.

Do you have an idea of what you'd like to work towards, but seem to hold yourself back, talk yourself out of it, or end up procrastinating? Let me help you gain clarity on your ideas, goals or intentions, and be a motivation and accountability buddy to help you get there.

Finding time for you, and your wellbeing.

I tailor each session to support your personal needs and goals. Feeling depleted and in need of some rest and replenishment? Perhaps a guided meditation or some Reiki might be just the tonic? Finding things at work/ home challenging, and need a safe space to offload and come up with a plan, whilst feeling supported? I'd love to help with bespoke Coaching methods.

My background is in retail and beauty area management, always having a passion for helping feel better. With many years and experience of workplace coaching and training, also in the Mental health & Charity sector- I thoroughly enjoy empowering others and unlocking the magic they hold within.

One x 60 minute session (Including planning and follow up email/ resources) £65

Three x 60 Minute Sessions (Including planning and follow up emails/ resources) £190 (Save £5) Can be used weekly, fortnightly or monthly as required.

Five x 60 Minute sessions (Including planning and follow up emails/ resources) £315 (Save £10) Can be used weekly, fortnightly or monthly as required.

(8 Sessions also available £520 - Save £20)

Or Pay just £33 a month as part of the Magic of Mindfulness membership for monthly online group coaching, monthly smile sessions and digital meditations, EFT Tapping videos and more.
